A bag is counted when a worker carrying it crosses the yellow line in the direction of the green arrow (godown → truck). If the line is not across the loading path, click Adjust line.

- Step 2 shows a frame of your video with the counting line. If the camera moved or the line is off, mark a new start and end point and choose the loading direction. That line is used for this video only.
- Processing starts automatically within about a minute of the upload finishing (usually 5–30 minutes, depending on the video length). You then get an email with the bag count, a table of bags with snapshot links and a link to the annotated video. Links are valid for 2 days.
- Keep this page open until the upload says Done.
